Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Updating Company Policy as per Indonesian Labor Regulations
  • Maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
  • Maintaining records related to attendance, grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Collecting employment, BPJS (Medical & JAMSOSTEK) and tax information
  • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
  • Preparing new employee files
  • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Administering new employment assessments
  • Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
  • Reconcile and updating attendance list, timesheets, overtime and leave records
  • Maintain and update staff medical claims
  • Provides administration activities such maintain company legal documents and  permits; and ensuring everything recorded and extended on timely manner
  • Responsible for handling general affairs and office management, e.g. photocopy machine, printer, telephony, electricity, water, AC, pantry condition and supplies.
  • Manage and oversee all the contracted General Affairs service provider (facility management, procurements, etc.)
  • Procurement/inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies
  • Manage and oversee the bidding processes and contractual agreements with third party provider (stationary, furniture’s & other office equipment etc.)
  • Follow-up the General Affairs budget
  • Develop, implement and keep updated all the General Affairs related policies
  • Record keeping of office assets (e.g. workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels etc.)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (e.g. hotel reservation, transport/taxi etc.)
  • Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
  • Written report to General Manager
