Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description

  • Work with the COO to develop and align the implementation human resource strategies and initiatives with the overall business strategy
  • Act as the advisor to the business unit leaders in all areas related to human resource management and also ensure flawless delivery of HR services in accordance to the needs of the business.
  • Implement human resources policies, programs and practices inclusive of planning, organization development, implementation, coordination, investigations, conflict resolution, learning and development and talent acquisitions in accordance with established guidelines and business needs.
  • Controlling and supervise implementation of HR activity (recruitment, man power planning, people development, talent management, compensation and benefit, employee engagement, etc.) and GA by the team.
  • Develop, monitor and implement HR strategies, system, policies, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Develop Learning and Development program which includes competencies finding, mapping, gap analysis, TNA, Learning and Development deliveries, evaluation, administration and documentation.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Engaged employee at sites/client’s and all operating units and functions within the company and act as the first point of contact for employees and their managers in relations to performance counseling, advice and resolution on a board range of general human resources issues to ensure and to improve employee engagement satisfaction and retention rate.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationship, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, through and objective investigations.
  • Able to identify, asses and manage organizational operation needs and understand its implications and concerns.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Less administrative or clerical jobs.

Persyaratan

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or HR Management
  • Minimum 3 years working experience as HR manager or minimum 5 years working experience in the related area required in this position.
  • Have experience as head hunter or HR consultant is a plus
  • Strong analytical and strategical thinking
  • Possess strong overall human resource management knowledge in order to be able to align human resources strategy developed at the corporate level to the human resources programs and policies at the site/client’s.
  • Possess strong knowledge of overall human resource strategy and execution, which include workforce planning and analysis, recruitment, placement, talent induction, talent learning and development, succession and career development, industrial relation, organization development and performance appraisal.
  • Possess strong leadership skill to be able to develop a strong and trusting relationship with the staffs and the leadership team, while also able to build, develop, empower and manage the team of staffs this position supervises.
  • Possess a strong negotiation skills to be able to solve conflicts both with the employee and external such as labor union to ensure the performance of the organization.
  • Highly developed ability to communicate effectively and confidentially, both oral and written, with all levels of employees, management and board.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and practices
  • People oriented and results driven
