Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Administration Manager

We are a young and dynamic company based in Singapore, specialize in managing procurement and supplying equipment/spare parts for Marine and Oil & Gas industry. Our customers are mostly based in South East Asia. We are expanding  our service to Indonesia and looking for a talent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

– Manage relationship and communication with local/overseas customers and suppliers via email and phone communication.
– Manage and organize sales, purchase, office related paper work and documents
– Organize filing systems
– Manage product logistic and delivery
– Assist in marketing administration
– Organize and ensure the office to run efficiently
– Report to Singapore Office Manager
– 5,5 working days

Remuneration:
– Salary package from 4 -7 jt
– Yearly performance bonus

Persyaratan

Requirements:

– Female with age of 28 – 35 years old
– Position based in Jakarta Utara ( PIK )
– Fluent in English communication & writing
– Degree (S1) Finance & Accounting / Business Administration / Management
– Having experience minimum 3 years in handling Sales, Office, Purchase, and Logistic Administration
– Familiar in working with computer and internet
– Initiative, good attitude, honest, hard working, trustworthy, well organised and securing confidential matters
– Smart, highly self motivated person , good communications skill , pleasant nature , good initiative and team work
– Able to work under pressure and deadline, willing to learn
– Experienced in General Trading & Supply Company
– Willing To Travel
